Gerard Chapman appeals his conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine base with the intent to distribute. Chapman argues that the district court erred by failing to suppress evidence seized in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights. Chapman additionally argues that his sentence of 168 months, while well below the statutory maximum sentence for his offense, is invalid under the Supreme
