Evaline WETER a/k/a Evaleen Weter, Plaintiff, Respondent and Cross-Appellant, v. Charles E. ARCHAMBAULT, Vita A. Archambault, and any and all other persons, unknown, claiming or who might claim any right, title, estate, or interest in or lien or encumbrance upon the real property described in the complaint or any thereof, adverse to the plaintiff's ownership and title thereto, or any cloud upon the plaintiff's title thereto, whether such claim or possible claim be present or contingent, including any claim or possible claim of dower, inchoate or accrued, and any person in possession, Defendants and Appellants.
