In this social security case, Glenda L. Pottsmith appeals the judgment of the district court1 denying her motion for attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412. We agree that Pottsmith's motion was untimely and therefore affirm.
