Appellants Alamagan Corporation ("Alamagan") and LaSalle Ventures One, Ltd. ("LaSalle"), appeal from two separate orders, in two separate cases regarding one piece of property. The first order was the granting of appellees' motion to extend a lis pendens on the property for one year, and the second was from an order denying the appellants' motion to dissolve that same lis pendens.
