In April 2000, Carolyn Srivastava initiated a lawsuit against officers and directors of the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation ("IHC") in the Marion County Clerk's Office. On November 1, 2000, Srivastava filed a motion to dismiss her lawsuit, which motion the court granted without prejudice.
