¶ 1. ANDERSON, J.

Robert L. Noll appeals a circuit court order denying his motion for sentence modification and a circuit court order denying his motion for reconsideration of the denial of sentence modification. Noll argues that the court erred in denying his sentence modification motion as untimely. We agree. Therefore, we reverse and remand.
