This is an appeal by Appellant, Denny Fulkerson, d/b/a Fulkerson Excavating, ("Appellant") from an Order and Partial Judgment of the Circuit Court of Greene County adverse to Appellant's claimed imposition of a mechanic's lien against real estate owned by Respondents.1 He raises two points of trial court error, discussed below. We affirm.
