Defendant appeals by leave granted from an order denying his motion to quash an information charging him with operating a motor vehicle while being under the influence of intoxicating liquor (OUIL) or while having an unlawful blood alcohol content (UBAL), third offense (OUIL 3d), M.C.L. § 257.625(1) and M.C.L. § 257.625(8)(c). We affirm.
