Donald and Betty Groce (Defendants) appeal an order filed 13 November 2001 denying (1) their Rule 60(b) motion for relief from orders entered 29 September and 17 October 2000 (the contempt orders) and (2) their motion for summary judgment with respect to a separate damages action brought by Gilbert and Vann Hemric (Plaintiffs).1
