This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Thomas and Lucy Vokac (the "Debtors") to avoid a judicial lien pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1)(A), § 522(f)(2)(A) and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 4003(d).
