Clifford Newell, Kim Gianakos, Darrell Wayne Raley, and Kary Graham were charged in a superceding indictment with mail and wire fraud. In addition, Gianakos was charged with conspiracy to launder money, Newell and Raley were charged with separate money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering offenses, and Newell was also charged with federal tax evasion for the years 1994 through 1996. Raley and Graham were acquitted...
