{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant state of Ohio appeals from an order suppressing evidence. The state contends that the evidence was obtained as the result of a search incident to an arrest, and that the arrest was pursuant to a proper warrant. Defendant-appellee Demettri Ford contends that the evidence was obtained as the result of an unlawful search and seizure, because his identity was ascertained as the result of the unlawful seizure of an identity card...
