[¶ 1] Gordon Stewart appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Hancock County, Mead, J.) affirming the decision by the Town of Sedgwick Board of Appeals which approved the issuance of a permit to Gardiner and Leslie Schneider to build a dock.
