The defendant, Stafford Brown, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (3). The sole issue on appeal is whether the court was required, sua sponte, to give a jury instruction that included a list of factors that the jury should consider with respect to eyewitness identification.
