This case arises from the search of the home of Plaintiffs, Adrian Ferguson and Kimberly Payne-Stikes, and the arrest of Ferguson. Plaintiffs contend that both the search and arrest violated their Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights under the United States Constitution. They also assert state law claims for excessive execution, assault, false arrest, trespass and conversion against each of the law enforcement officials...
