¶ 1 This appeal stems from the order entering summary judgment in favor of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company on April 9, 2001, in the Court of Common Pleas, Luzerne County. The trial court found that coverage under the policy was not available to either the insured or Chrysler Financial Corporation as the lienholder and that Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company was entitled to judgment as a matter of law...
