Adam B. Hamilton appeals his convictions for first-degree burglary and first-degree murder. He contends that most of the evidence against him was obtained as a result of an unlawful investigative stop. He also contends that, during his trial, the prosecutor improperly referred to his post-arrest silence, and that the trial judge should have ordered a mistrial because of the prosecutor's comments.
