Appellant Karl Moore ("Moore") appeals from summary judgment in favor of appellees Manuel Trevino, James Gonzales, Donald Spachek and David Peters. Appellees are all emergency medical service personnel who treated Moore's wife, Julia Moore ("Julia"). In this case, we must decide whether, as a matter of law, the Good Samaritan Statute as codified under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code
