Appellant, Lawrence Raymond Head, was indicted for the offense of aggravated possession of a controlled substance. The trial court denied his motion to suppress the evidence obtained through an alleged unlawful search. Head subsequently entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to forty years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
