Herb Jones appeals various decisions of the trial court concerning the priority of security interests in Aero Standard Tooling, Inc.'s (AST) assets. We affirm.

In December 1989, AST signed a major contract with Boeing which required equipment that AST did not have. AST was unable to obtain financing to purchase the equipment. Herb Jones and his father, Gomer Jones, who is now deceased, obtained financing from CIT Group (CIT) for the purchase...
