Juan Antonio Moreno-Vargas appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Moreno contends that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from his vehicle at the Sarita immigration checkpoint. Citing City of Indianapolis v.
