This appeal arises out of an action initiated by the governing body of the Dorset Condominium Apartments against three of its unit owners. The action sought both injunctive and monetary relief in the Court of Chancery. The Council of the Dorset Condominium Apartments asked the Court of Chancery to grant injunctive relief giving it the right of access to certain units in order to replace the exterior windows...
