RAY THORNTON, Justice.
This is an interlocutory appeal from an order certifying a class action. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Ark. R.App. P.— Civ. 2(a)(9). We conclude that, in accordance with recent cases establishing criteria for class certifications, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in certifying the class, and we affirm the trial court's order.
