This action was brought by Plaintiff, NOMOS Corporation ("NOMOS") against Defendants BrainLAB, Inc. and BrainLAB USA, Inc. (collectively "BrainLAB") alleging infringement of United States Patent No. 5,411,026 (the "'026 Patent").
