¶ 1 The central issue presented in this appeal is whether the district court deprived M.R., a victim of sexual abuse, of his constitutional and statutory right to be heard at defendant's change of plea hearing. At that hearing, defendant pleaded guilty to lewdness involving a child, a class A misdemeanor.
