Appellants Gloria O'Connell, Diane Pappas, Christopher Lis, George Kedangan, Mary Kedangan, Alex Gergely, Irene Gergely, Riley Stone, and Scherry Stone (collectively, "Appellants") appeal the Lake Circuit Court's order granting judgment on the pleadings to the Town of Schererville ("Town").
