On May 7, 1991, the defendant, under the name Willie Wong, was convicted in the Supreme Court, Queens County, of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years probation. In December 1991, a declaration of delinquency was filed and an arrest warrant was issued for the defendant after he failed to appear for a violation...
