Richard and Mary Moore, Harold Offield, and Joyce Scott (Plaintiffs) are neighboring property owners in the Merle Jones Addition subdivision located in Chillicothe, Missouri. Plaintiffs sued Morris and Cherri Weeks, also property owners in the subdivision, to enforce restrictive covenants prohibiting the Weeks' use of their land for business purposes and to recover damages for nuisance.
