Plaintiffs appeal two Orders and Judgments entered in favor of defendants Schatzman & Associates, L.L.C. ("defendant"), a private investigative and security service company, and Philip L. King ("King"). The court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment on plaintiffs' claims and on defendant's counterclaim for breach of contract.
