Sherry Foster sued her next-door neighbors, Neil Ashmore and his wife, alleging malicious arrest and malicious prosecution. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of Ashmore's wife, and the jury found in favor of Sherry Foster. Ashmore appeals, contending that there was insufficient evidence of malicious arrest or malicious prosecution and that the trial court erred in refusing to admit certain videotapes.
