John Jason Johnson and Charles Darnell Blackwell and their attorneys Alexander Charns and N. Cole Williams (together "plaintiffs") appeal the trial court's 2 January 2001 orders (1) denying a motion to strike an affidavit and (2) awarding Rule 11 sanctions against plaintiffs.
