Kendall, Dennis, Jerry and Loyal Dodson (Dodson children) appeal the district court's adverse grant of summary judgment in favor of J.C. Penney Life Insurance Company dismissing their claim for life insurance proceeds in connection with the deaths of their parents, J.B. and Viola Dodson (Dodsons). We reverse.
