This is a proceeding commenced by Pamela Townley Creighton (respondent), a granddaughter of Blanche D. Hunter (decedent), to vacate the court's decree of February 23, 1998, judicially settling the first intermediate account of Chase Manhattan Bank (petitioner) as cotrustee of a trust created under decedent's will for respondent's benefit.1
