The Grand Jury returned a multiple count indictment against Defendants Brian Hospedales ("Hospedales"), Jamar Watson ("Watson"), Jeremy Martin ("Martin"), and Willie Knight ("Knight"), charging them with conspiring to distribute cocaine. Each defendant filed a motion to suppress evidence in which he objects to the introduction of evidence obtained by the Government at the time of his arrest in July, 2001, together...
