Harold Brent appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment to Sourm Hin on the ground that Brent's claims for loss of consortium and for medical expenses incurred by Brent's wife were barred by the statute of limitation. Although we conclude that Brent's loss of consortium claim was governed by a four-year statute of limitation and was not time-barred, we further conclude that any claim for his wife's medical expenses was barred...
