Thomas Clifford Williams ("Thomas") was born to respondent, Eric Wildcat Hall, and Theresa Marie Williams ("Theresa") on 3 February 1988 in the State of Pennsylvania. Respondent and Theresa were not married. Thomas was conceived in 1987 immediately following respondent's release from prison where he had been incarcerated as a result of several burglary convictions. Six weeks after his release, respondent was re-incarcerated as a result of convictions...
