Neel Cotten, d/b/a Cotten Companies ("Plaintiff") sued Geoffrey Deasy ("Defendant" or "Debtor"), contending that his state court judgment was non-dischargeable under § 523(a)(6). The Court has core jurisdiction of this case under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(b)(2)(I).
