This is an appeal from a district court judgment in an employment discrimination case dismissing a former employee's cause of action for want of jurisdiction. Les Vela (Vela) filed suit against the Waco Independent School District (WISD) alleging that WISD improperly discriminated against her because of her ethnicity and sex when she was reassigned from her position as principal of an elementary school to an employee at the school...
