[¶ 1] A police officer found Gary Baker pacing back and forth in the road at the end of an overpass in Gillette. Mr. Baker was sunburned, dehydrated, disheveled, and disoriented. Initially unable to identify himself, he ultimately told the officer his name and that he had walked there from his home in Sheridan.
