SHERRY J. RADACK, Justice.

Appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of possession with intent to deliver of 400 grams or more of cocaine. See Tex. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.112(a), (f) (Vernon Supp.2002). In accordance with the agreed recommendation regarding punishment, the trial court assessed punishment at 15 years in prison. The trial court granted appellant the right to appeal the trial court's ruling on the issue of entrapment...
