Jett Sanders appeals from his conviction by a jury for felony failure to appear in court after being released on bail. His conviction was enhanced by two prior offenses, and the jury assessed his punishment at life imprisonment. On appeal, Sanders contends the trial court committed reversible error at the punishment phase of trial by providing the jury with a reasonable doubt charge...
