A Washington County Circuit Court jury found appellant, Jose Luis Vergara-Soto, guilty of the offenses of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm. He was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction for 180 months for each offense, with the sentences to run concurrently. Vergara-Soto's sole point on appeal is that the trial court erred in denying his motion for directed verdict...
