OPINION

KELLER, P.J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which WOMACK, KEASLER, HERVEY and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

We granted review to consider, among other issues, the question of whether Article 37.07 § 3(g)1 applies to evidence other than that used during the State's case-in chief.2 We will reverse the decision of the Court of Appeals.
