Creditor Midwestern Training Center, Inc. ("Midwestern") filed a counterclaim in this adversary proceeding asserting that the loan it made to Debtor Darron D. Scott is not dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). The loan was made to fund Scott's participation in Midwestern's truck driving course.
