Brian Abrahams filed a dispossessory action against Stanley Michel, Mimch, Inc. d/b/a Gooch Transfer, and Mireille Michel, contending that the defendants were tenants at sufferance and owed rent, a termination fee, interest, and attorney fees. The defendants answered, denying they were tenants because they had terminated the landlord-tenant relationship and denying they owed money to Abrahams, the landlord.
