On February 19, 2002, Defendants Summit County, Tami Cook, Stephen Sample, Keith Gowan, and James R. Dodds1 (collectively "Defendants") filed a motion for summary judgment (Doc. 69) as to the claims that Plaintiff Gary Sinick makes in his first amended complaint (Doc. 47).
