THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. LARRY TOMLIN, Appellant.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, the testimony adduced by the People established his involvement in the uncharged crime of selling marijuana.
