[¶ 1] This is an appeal from a Judgment and Sentence entered by the district court on December 14, 2000. The appellant, Kenneth Kitzke (Kitzke), initially pled not guilty to seven drug charges, but later entered into a plea agreement whereby he unconditionally pled guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a felony, in violation of Wyo.
