This appeal arises from a suit for personal injuries suffered by Paul A. Bishop while portraying "Vlad Dracula" in a play performed by the Texas A & M University at Galveston Drama Club. Texas A & M University (TAMU) challenges the judgment in favor of Bishop in eleven points of error.
