In this appeal, we affirm a judgment confirming an arbitration award. The relevant facts follow.

This litigation stems from a settlement agreement entered into in 1996 by Stephen Leigh Hart d/b/a S & H Luigi's Pizza, Inc., then a debtor in bankruptcy, and Dennis R. Stanley, a creditor.
